Headquartered in Singapore, SGMobile is new to the game as a self-declared crux of our country’s development. As the latest telco, our aim is to provide individuals and businesses with the best communication services.
Let’s be honest: Today, the majorthree telco players like SingTel, Starhub and M1 are churning hundreds of subscription plans, most of which exist tragically for the sake of it as consumers lack the understanding of the details at all.
At SGMobile, we build our mobile services for you. You see, we don’t think consumers go through at length the details when choosing a mobile or data plan. We believe add-ons are there to confuse you and we are here to prevent it. We’ll make your life simple. You don’t have to read any complex disclaimers; just choose from our pre-selected options and voila, you’re done!
What is the mission of SGMobile?
We will not make any empty promises on service outages. We’ll be honest – you might suffer service outages every once in a while. Because what is life if it is not a work in progress? I mean outages aren’t everything... right?
If you experience any technical issues, our customer service team will entertain you with our funny jokes and stories, while work to solve your issues. After all, life is too short to be angry.
