Q: DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO ORDER ONLINE?
A: No, you just simply make your orders online and and our sales representative will meet up with you to collect payment. We will deliver it anywhere on Singapore with a low delivery charge of SGD20.00!

Q : HOW DO TRADE-IN WORK HERE?
A : You can check on our trade-in prices here. When making your orders, you may leave us a "Trade-in Remark" in your order, even if your models were not listed. During transaction, our staff will assess your trade-in sets' condition and gives you a quotation.
Q : HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
A : Orders can be made in just a few simple steps.
By clicking on your product's  button.
1. Pick a color and the selected model and color will be added to your order cart.
2. From order cart, you can set quantity, select delivery method and leave a trade-in remark.
You can now browse to other pages to make order on more phones or accessories. Repeat step 1 and 2 for additional orders.
3. Preview your order and comfirm it.
Our staffs will contact you in 3 working days and make transaction plan.
Still feel that it's complicated? Don't worry, all process above are guided as you make your order.
Q : IS THERE A PENALTY IF I WERE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
A : During call confirmation from our staff, you may choose to cancel or make any verbal changes to your order.
However, after call confirmation, any cancellation will be subjected to a penalty of SGD30.00 per item.
